Written enquiries relating to software development and technology work are welcome. Correspondence is conducted in English.

Enquiries of the following kinds are appropriate: the development of a new application or internal tool; engineering work on an existing system, including modernisation, test coverage or performance investigation; integration between systems that currently exchange data manually; automation of a recurring operational process; cloud environment and deployment pipeline work; quality assurance and test strategy; and ongoing maintenance or technical support arrangements.

A useful first message describes the process or system concerned, the systems and data already involved, the constraints that apply, and the outcome being sought. A reply will indicate whether the request falls within the company's scope of work and what information would be needed to assess it further.
